I am having a similar issue. Quantum 60.1,, 64bit version, on Win7, 64. I am in Germany. Periodically, i cannot access Google.com, or search in the FF search field, which is set to search on Google. If i go directly to a website, its fine. Also, if i search for google.de, its fine. No problem using another browser.
